1. Start of Service
Upon receiving your application, you will be committed to this service period indicated by welcometotheisland.co.uk.
Towards the end of each year you will be contacted regarding your accommodation listing renewal. If you would like to cancel, welcometotheisland.co.uk will require notice via email or letter prior to the start of the new year.
welcometotheisland.co.uk has the right to refuse advertising bookings at their discretion.
Once payment has been received, welcometotheisland.co.uk aim to publish the property listing to the website within 5 working days. Be aware this time frame depends upon the property owner or agent providing all materials and photographs to the required standard.
A confirmation email will be sent by welcometotheisland.co.uk to the property owner or agent once the property listing is published to the website.
2. PaymentTerms
Payment for your accommodation listing must be received by us in full before the listing is published to the welcometotheisland.co.uk accommodation page.
Your accommodation listing is for one year which commences on the 1st January until the 31st December.
Pro-rata payment is not possible.
Payment can be made by PayPal or via Bank Transfer.
3. Refunds
It is the responsibility of the property owner or agent to advise welcometotheisland.co.uk in writing/email if the advertising is no longer required. Should cancellation and removal of the accommodation listing be required an administration charge of £10 will apply. A refund will then be calculated pro-rata and based on any full months remaining.
4. Picture & Descriptive Text Quality
All property pictures and descriptions submitted will be subject to a minimum standard of quality. welcometotheisland.co.uk reserves the right to reject any substandard material. Images provided must be high definition (at least 1920px x 1080px) and in focus.
5. Liability
Welcometotheisland.co.uk will place the accommodation listing in accordance with the design and functionality of the website.
Upon receiving the accommodation listing application, you confirm the website URL for the accommodation booking page is the address of a live website owned by the accommodation owner or booking agent.
Welcometotheisland.co.uk reserves the right to refuse or terminate the accommodation listing and remove the listing from the website if the content or destination website would cause offence or has brought any party into disrepute if we continued to provide the accommodation listing.
Welcometotheisland.co.uk reserves the right to edit or alter the look and feel and/or design layout of the website and accommodation listing without notice.
You understand and accept that all websites are subject to occasional periods of downtime for maintenance, updates and on rare occasions, technical problems.
6. Privacy
We will not share your information or data with any third party. We do not store your payment details electronically
