This was the home of the Victorian Poet Laureate, Alfred Lord Tennyson from 1853 until his death in 1892. In 2017 it completed a major restoration and the house is now restored to the state it was in when Lord Tennyson lived and worked on some of his most celebrated works. You can enjoy a stroll in the gardens, have something to eat or take part in a guided tour of the house.
